Sensory profile
Intense straw yellow colour with golden hues. Complex to the nose, slightly aromatic with hints of mango, lytchi and pink grapefruit. The taste is harmonious, with full and persuasive hints of well ripe fruit and a light flavor.
Pairings
It pairs very well with ham and melon, appetizers, crustaceans and spicy dishes; it is also excellent in between meals.
