A great territory

Vineyards and wines

Our wines are born in the Berici Hills in the Longare territory from owned vineyards. This allows us to directly follow the entire production chain, from the vineyard to the production and the direct sale of the wine. The vineyards, covering around 100 hectares of land, are cultivated following the principles of sustainable agriculture while minimizing any sort of interventions thanks to the introduction of new resistant varieties.

In these hills, where the cultivation of the vine is an age-old tradition, the microclimate, the southern exposure, the medium altitudes and the limestone and clayey nature of the soil have always allowed for the production of great red wines. These are ideal lands for the production of Cabernet, Merlot and primarily Tai Rosso, an autochthonous grape that is symbol of the Berici oenology. In this area we can also find soils of volcanic and basaltic nature, which are ideal for cultivating the Garganega grapes, a fine variety that is native of the Berici area.

Quality and research

The winery

Respect for the quality of the land, the timings of the vineyard and the grapes are perfectly combined with the modernity of the most advanced technologies in a state-of-the-art winery. This guarantees that wines are produced according to the tradition and in strict compliance with health and safety and energy saving regulations. A clear example of this are the approximately 320 state-of-the-art stainless steel winemakers, all strictly thermic controlled, and a proper autoclave system which allows for the direct and exclusive production of sparkling wine within the company itself. The photovoltaic system for the production of energy allows for complete self-sufficiency for the most part of the year.
The set of rooms dedicated to the transformation of grapes into wine is rationally divided into the various sectors making up the production chain: crushing, pressing, fermentation and vinification, bottling and storing.
A large sales area allows us to always provide expertise, friendliness and availability for every need.
