Our wines are born in the Berici Hills in the Longare territory from owned vineyards. This allows us to directly follow the entire production chain, from the vineyard to the production and the direct sale of the wine. The vineyards, covering around 100 hectares of land, are cultivated following the principles of sustainable agriculture while minimizing any sort of interventions thanks to the introduction of new resistant varieties.
In these hills, where the cultivation of the vine is an age-old tradition, the microclimate, the southern exposure, the medium altitudes and the limestone and clayey nature of the soil have always allowed for the production of great red wines. These are ideal lands for the production of Cabernet, Merlot and primarily Tai Rosso, an autochthonous grape that is symbol of the Berici oenology. In this area we can also find soils of volcanic and basaltic nature, which are ideal for cultivating the Garganega grapes, a fine variety that is native of the Berici area.
