Sensory profile

Pale straw yellow with green hues, the nose has a delicate, characteristic and fragrant bouquet with hints of white flowers, acacia and golden apples. The palate is fresh, light-bodied, quite soft and tasty.

Pairings

It is recommended for aperitifs and starters, it pairs well with simple first courses, with fresh cheeses and preparations based on fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
