    Bright golden yellow sparkling wine. The nose reveals notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, pastry and subtle smoky undertones. On the palate it is dry, enveloping and creamy with a lovely savory touch. The perlage is fine and persistent.

    Pairings

    Perfect as an aperitif, paired with seafood appetizers and crudités. Also excellent with delicate risottos and semi-aged cheeses.
