Sensory profile
Ruby red colour. The nose has small red fruits, cherry, raspberry, violet. Fruity, pleasant freshness, sweet hints of cherry with a finish of rosehip. The taste is harmonious, medium-bodied, soft and balanced.
Pairings
It pairs well with boiled white meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses, traditionally with "baccalà alla vicentina".
