Sensory profile

Bright straw yellow with fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma is fine but pronounced, fragrant, reminiscent of fresh bread and ripe fruit, flowers like calicanto and mimosa. Good structure, soft and enveloping taste.

Pairings

Ideal for aperitif, it goes well with appetizers of cold cuts from Veneto, ideal to accompany seafood menus, sushi and sashimi and fresh cheeses. Try it with pizza.
