Sensory profile

Light and shiny cherry red. Delicate scents, with fresh hints of small red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. Soft, delicate and persuasive on the palate, with a pleasant freshness.

Pairings

Versatile, goes well with summer dishes, seafood salads, pasta and cold rice, raw fish and fresh cheeses. Excellent aperitif, thanks to its softness it is also appreciated as a dessert wine.
