    Bright cherry red colour with purple hues. Floral scents recall wild violets and blackberries, small red fruits, raspberries and strawberries. Of lively acid structure, the vivacity of the bubbles makes it fresh and refreshing.

    Pairings

    Ideal as an aperitif with snacks and finger food, pizza, it goes well with cold cuts, "spaghetti allo scoglio" as well as with light seafood dishes.
