Strong straw yellow colour with green-golden hues. It presents an intense leafy and fruity scent, with hints of nettle, sage, tomato leaves and rosé grapefruit. Full-bodied wine with a fresh and sapid taste, leafy hints and a citrusy finish.

It pairs well with fish dishes, both cooked and raw. White meats and vegetable dishes, structured first courses and risotto. Excellent when paired with eggs and asparagus.
