Brilliant ruby red. The nose is vinous and fruity, characterized by the memory of plum, cherry and currant, then enriched with subtle floral hints of violet and eucalyptus. The palate is dry and complex, with great balance in the tannic texture and good length.

Ideal for appetizers with cold cuts, meat sauces, roasts and small game dishes, medium-aged cheeses, also flavoured.
